Girls take center stage at Beaumont School. There are no limitations as to what our student leaders can accomplish. As a member of the National Coalition of Girls' Schools, Beaumont is a living example of their research which tells us young women in single-gender schools have higher expectations, are challenged to achieve more, and are more likely to engage in activities that prepare them for the real world.
As the only all-girls' high school in Cleveland offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, Beaumont provides a rigorous academic program with a global point of view that is considered by universities to be the gold standard of education today. The international-mindedness of the program prepares our students to engage with their community to solve real-world problems and to prepare them as leaders who will apply those skills as they go out into the world.
The teachings of St. Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursuline Sisters, is the model and inspiration for how our young women see themselves and develop into leaders in the community and in the world. We welcome all faiths as our students learn to articulate and defend a strong moral compass.
Beaumont is dedicated to a college preparatory and International Baccalaureate liberal arts education in a multi-cultural setting in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Students who come to Beaumont build strong bonds and friendships that last a lifetime. They develop leadership skills, self-confidence, and a commitment to serve others through the academic, athletic, and faith-based environment at Beaumont. Beaumont prepares our young women leaders as they move on to higher education, the workforce, and life to be women who will change the world.
